A UX&UI JOURNEY FROM INSTAGRAM PROFILE TO E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCE
We embarked on a UX&UI journey that transformed the user experience
from social media to website integration with one of Turkey’s
leading brands, ENPLUS. We didn’t want our customers to just browse
our stores, but to stay and engage. First, we gave our Instagram
page a functional UX&UI look. This appearance further enhanced the
visual quality in our stores, focusing on increasing profile visits.
We converted our profile visits into a purchase experience. On our
Instagram profile, we welcomed consumers who wandered as if they
were exploring their own kitchen, guiding them to the purchase pages
on our website through e-commerce integrations. The result was an
e-commerce social media management that increased sales during the
pandemic.
